Our aspirations for the farm include producing our own bee products; keeping poultry (including funky species like guinea fowl); developing a fruit and nut grove; and producing seasonal and protected crops.
We hope to create an educational program for school children about the ‘ground to table approach’ to self-sustainability; organising annual seasonal and cultural events – no such thing as little dreams!
Our aspirations for our family are to produce what we can on this land that we love and treat it with respect and care to optimise what it produces whilst maintaining it’s beauty, enabling the sustainability for our family in this generation, and many to come.
